Accessories shipped by our suppliers

Accessories are supplied through each product’s supplier. Destinations, shipping costs and delivery options depend on the items and the delivery address; they are confirmed before payment. Orders involving several suppliers may be shipped separately and incur combined shipping charges. The Wallbox rates and delivery times below apply to the chargers, not to all accessories.

Information specific to Wallbox chargers

The store directly sells the Wallbox Pulsar Max 7.4 kW (ref. PLP4-0-2-2-9-002) and 22 kW (ref. PLP4-0-2-4-9-002) chargers. The prices indicated correspond to the equipment and include VAT. Installation, external protections and energy meters are not included. Standard shipping costs €5.40 on orders under €300 and is free from €300; Express shipping costs €8.20, for destinations in Spain enabled in the purchase process, in accordance with the shipping policy. Preparation requires 1 business day; Estimated transit is 1 to 3 business days for standard and 1 to 2 business days for express. Total estimated lead time including preparation is 2-4 business days for standard and 2-3 business days for express. In returns due to change of mind, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, without affecting rights for damages, incorrect product or lack of conformity.

Installation must be performed by a licensed professional. The 22 kW model requires a proper three-phase installation and a compatible vehicle to achieve that power; actual speed may be lower. Power Boost and Eco-Smart functions require a compatible Wallbox meter sold separately.

In sales to consumers, the mandatory rights established by applicable legislation will be respected, including withdrawal and legal guarantee. Check the policies of shipments and returns.

Order deadline: 20:00, Madrid time. Preparation and transportation are calculated from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 20:00, on a weekend or on a holiday are processed from the next business day.
